2014 Karribindi Chardonnay (Margaret River, WA)
KarriBindi is a family owned and operated vineyard with 32 hectares of grapes under vine. It is located in Karridale which is close to Cape Leeuwin, perfect for chardonnay. Hand picked and pressed as whole bunches then aged in French Oak, gives this wine texture and structure to support the bright fruits complexity. The palate reveals fresh, zesty lemon and juicy white peach with subtle hints of almond and brioche. This is an elegant Margaret River Chardonnay that finishes with minerality and succulent natural acidity.
“Banged up with flavour and with a bit of class through the finish. Peach, lemongrass and sawdusty, smoky oak. The flavours linger. It’s very good” 93 Points – James Halliday

2018 Morgan Pinot Noir (Yarra Valley, VIC)
A benchmark perfumed Upper Yarra Pinot with the length and structure that only old vines can give. A truly masculine Pinot Noir. Exceptional length and depth of flavour. Its magnificent rich, earthy smell is only surpassed by its smooth full fruity flavour. This wine sets the standard for what a quality Yarra Valley Pinot Noir should taste like. The flagship wine from this lovely old vineyard. Drink it now or put it down for years to come, either way you will be thrilled with the result.

2017 Rolf Binder Shiraz (Barossa Valley, SA)
Established in 1955 after Husband and Wife (Rolf and Franziska) purchased with vineyard from Langmeil. Ever since they have been producing red and white wines that represent the region. Today they produce this Shiraz with a collection of fruit from five Barossa Valley shiraz producers. Matured in a mix of French and American oak. It is rich in aromas of red berries and dark chocolate, the palate is cherry like with anise and pepper mingling. Smooth soft tannins and lovely acidy make this wine very velvety and rich.
